To start a return, simply email us at info@weareoof.com or send a quick text to 512-222-7847. Provide your name and any details you want us to know about your return, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Customers are usually responsible for return shipping costs in most circumstances. Contact customer care at customercare@weareoof.com if you need assistance.
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are for the product price only and do not include shipping costs unless the item was damaged.
Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer’s processing times.
