We currently ship to U.S. addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. Standard shipping via USPS Ground Advantage is free for orders over $40.

Shipping costs for orders under $40 are based on current USPS rates. USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail are also available, with rates determined by USPS pricing. You can find more information on our Shipping and Returns page.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Standard shipping via USPS Ground Advantage typically takes 3–5 business days after your order is processed.

Expedited options like USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail offer faster delivery times, usually within 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

For all HALO and OOF! products:

Orders placed before 11 a.m. CT on weekdays ship the same day, while orders placed after 11 a.m., on weekends, or holidays will ship the next business day.

For K.I.S,S. products:

Our formulas are freshly made and packaged when you order. Expect 5-7 business days for processing.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
