Living with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome means pushing through pain, fatigue, and some tough days. Through it all, one tiny heartbeat stayed by my side: my little 3.5 pound chihuahua, Prince.
He wasn’t just my pet. He was my inspiration, my comfort, and my peace. He was my soul dog.
He never left my side, reminding me I was never alone.
Prince, my tiny 3.5 pound Chi, was my home. His tiny paws imprinted on my heart.
When Prince passed away unexpectedly, it felt like the ground disappeared beneath me — the kind of heartbreak that only love that big can leave behind.

When Prince passed, it left a space nothing could fill… until Zoe, a little rescue who found me when I wasn’t looking. She filled that quiet space with the love, cuddles, and laughter.

Raising Awareness and Advocacy for EDS
For many of us, EDS is an invisible illness, making it sometimes difficult for those who live with it to be understood or believed. For Ella and I, this was years of feeling dismissed by the medical community.
When people are aware of the signs and symptoms, they can get the help they need sooner, and better understand what others might be going through.
Our journey with EDS has become our mission to spread knowledge, spark compassion, and advocate for those whose voices often go unheard. We want to raise awareness for the Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes to foster empathy and reduce stigma.
