1. Shipping
Processing Time
We prepare your order with love (and speed!).

HALO™ hair towels, scrunchies, and accessories ship within 1 business day.

K.I.S.S. hair care products (shampoo, conditioners, etc) are custom made to order and require up to 5 business days for processing before shipping.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow it every step of the way.
💡 Because K.I.S.S. products are handmade in small batches, they take a few extra days.
Shipping Options

Free Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) on orders $20+.

Orders under $20: Carrier-calculated rate at checkout.

Expedited Shipping: USPS Priority or Express

Orders placed before 11 a.m. CT (Mon–Fri) → ship the same day

Orders placed after 11 a.m. CT, on weekends, or holidays → ship the next business day

Please note: Expedited shipping begins after the processing period, including the 5-day window for K.I.S.S. products.

Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Need to Change An Address?
Reach out ASAP to customercare@weareoof.com before your order ships (we’re fast!).
Once an order is in transit, we aren’t able to reroute packages.
2. Tracking & Delivery

If your package shows “delivered” but you don’t see it: check with neighbors, mailroom, or front desk first.

Still missing after 48 hours? Email or text us and we’ll help track it down.
3. Returns & Refunds

Refunds

Issued to your original payment method once we receive your return.

Original shipping fees aren’t refundable (except for damaged/incorrect items).

Banks may take up to 10 business days to post your credit after we process it.
Exchanges
Need a different color or replacement? Let us know in your return request and we’ll swap it if available.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Email customercare@weareoof.com or text 512-222-7847 within 7 days of delivery with a photo—we’ll replace or refund ASAP.
