OUR STORY
We are OOF!
OOF! is a certified women owned small business, founded by a mother and daughter team in Austin, Texas.
OOF! was born from love, resilience, and the kind of strength that grows through hardship.

What started as two women navigating chronic illness became a mission to help others look and feel their best.
Inspired by the animals who brought us healing and joy, OOF! products are made with heart and give back through donations and advocacy.
About OOF!
Meet Ella and Annaleise
OOF! began with the two of us — a mother and daughter trying to navigate life with chronic illness.
We are Zebras. We have the connective tissue disorder Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. We understand chronic pain all too well.
We also know that looking your best helps you to feel good.
This inspired our mission. Simple, effective beauty. Self-care that feels possible on even the hardest days.
Our mission extends beyond hair. WOOF! by OOF! helps animals in need find love and safety, while we advocate for EDS awareness and support through education and social groups.

How It Started
Ella discovered that using cotton T-shirts to dry our hair actually reduced frizz and breakage. It worked! Our hair looked better than ever.
The problem? T-shirts were awkward to use and not exactly cute.
We shopped for a tee material hair towel, but they were all cotton blends (plastic!) — good for the environment and not gentle on hair.
We wanted something better: a truly gentle, 100% cotton jersey towel.
The HALO T-shirt Hair Towel was born.

For The Love That Carried Us Through 🐾
OOF! started with two women, a dream, and a towel that changed everything, but living with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome means pushing through some tough days.
WOOF! by OOF! is our way of giving back to the animals who give us so much.
We support rescues and shelters in honor of our tiny hero, Prince, and our sweet rescue, Zoe — two little hearts who carried us through the hardest days.

With Love, From OOF!
OOF! life can be hard — we want to make it beautiful, for you and for them.
Thank you for sharing in our story, and for helping us spread a little more love one HALO, one heart, one wag at a time. 🐾
